Our pool is being trained in the community, through volunteerism with nonprofit groups, and on our website to ensure more skilled nonprofit staff than general job search sites.
Our approach as a job board is unique. We not only help activists find jobs, but we help current staff develop in their existing organization. They can connect with other activists and share ideas with their current team. Through the support of other nonprofit staff, training and volunteer opportunities, existing staff may feel motivated and prepared to work harder and take on more responsibility.
